● Meal Plans & Consultations: Delivered via email or scheduled appointment.

● eBooks & Digital Products: Available for download immediately after payment.

● Physical Products: Shipped to your nominated address.

● Free Resources: Available directly on our Site. Contact us if access issues arise.

8. Refund policy

All of our Accredited Practising Dietitians hold a current Working With Children Check (WWCC) in the states or territories where they provide services.

● Liaising with other health professionals

● Sharing data with EAP providersThe only exception is where there is a significant risk of harm or if required by law.

20. Miscellaneous

● Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

● Variation: No waiver or change is valid unless agreed in writing.

● Force Majeure: We are not liable for events outside our control.

● Severability: If one part is invalid, the rest still applies.

● Entire Agreement: These Terms contain the full agreement.

● Assignment: You may not transfer your rights without our consent.
